1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Size issue (only if unworn and unused)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Combo packs / 3 pairs (returned only if wrong or damaged product received)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through WhatsApp or phone within 3 days of receiving the order
  2. Share:
    • Order number
    • Clear photo/video of the product
    • Packaging images
  3. Our team will verify and approve the return if eligible
  4. Pickup will be scheduled by our courier partner (pickup availability varies by location)

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund will be issued as:

  • Full refund to original payment method (if prepaid)
  • Bank transfer or store credit (if COD order)

Refund processing time:

  • 3–7 business days after return approval
  • Bank processing may take additional time depending on your provider

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or product defects.
  • Exchange depends on stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • For COD orders, refusal at delivery may lead to blacklisting from future orders.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Take clear photos/videos immediately
  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Contact us within 24–48 hours for fast resolution
